The hotel is conveniently located close to the old Tunnel and all of Istanbul’s nightlife. It's also within walking distance to Şişhane metro station and famous tourist attractions. the rooms are spacious, with comfy beds, fresh towels, and toiletries. the breakfast options are adequate, and there are facilities available, such as a minibar and a rooftop terrace bar.
Some guests complained of absent-minded staff, slow service, or issues with cleanliness.

We had a lovely romantic stay at this hotel. the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. the hotel is conveniently located near the metro and just a short walk to the city center with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. the stunning rooftop bar had breathtaking views and delicious cocktails.
The toiletries were not always refilled, and we had to repeatedly request more coffee in the breakfast room. the staff were friendly, but not all of them were knowledgeable about the surrounding area or helpful with recommendations.

The hotel's location is very central, making it easy to explore the city. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of options, which was appreciated. The wifi also worked well during our stay.
The noise level at night was difficult to tolerate. There were several bars nearby that played loud music into the early morning hours, making it challenging to sleep.

We had a great time in this hotel. Best aspects were cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation to all night life, and location near Şişhane metro station.
